First, I had a chat with HR, and then I spoke with the area management. It was a friendly conversation where I talked about my past experiences. Some roles require English fluency, but most just need basic reading comprehension.
The first interview was with HR, covering standard questions. Since I was already interning elsewhere, they asked why I was looking for a new opportunity. Following that, I had an interview with three product engineering managers: one for cabins, one for engines, and one for hydraulics. Half of this interview was in Portuguese and the other half in English. The atmosphere was very relaxed. After I was hired, I learned they interviewed three candidates because each manager needed an intern, and they selected one for each manager.
The process started with an online application, followed by an interview with the manager of the area I was applying for. Afterward, the company mentioned they would call to finalize the process, which could lead to a job offer.
