This role involves Production Planning and Control (PCP): decreasing stock items, analyzing the structure and routing of finished product orders, generating production orders, generating service orders for processing, controlling production, registering additional data on the finished product order, and analyzing internal item stock.
Applied on the company website with my resume, then had a phone screen with a recruiter where they asked standard questions. After that, I had a phone screen with the manager, which included a mix of behavioral and technical experience questions. Finally, there was a panel interview with three team members, and then they made an offer.
So I applied, and then the hiring manager emailed me for a phone interview. It was about 30 mins and seemed to go well. He said he'd be in touch the following week about next steps. A month went by with no word, so I emailed him for an update. He replied that he was still considering and would confirm the next week. Still nothing, so I sent another email saying to please consider job seekers' time, as it's frustrating to get no feedback. He apologized and said my application was rejected. Left a bad impression of the company.
