Candidate-reported interview process

A 30 minute interview process. They asked standard questions. Needed to know market knowledge and book of business. Ability to perform under pressure. High accountability to the metrics. Must be able to work with clinical team.

Had three interviews with different people in the company. Some were in-person and some were virtual. They were flexible with scheduling and tried to work around my availability. I liked learning about how the company works, the team, and the company overall.

The interview process was very relaxed and easygoing. They reached out to me for this role, which made me feel valued. The atmosphere was really welcoming and felt like a close-knit group. I had a good experience throughout.
