Candidate-reported interview process

The first step was a general HR screening. They didn't want to share any details about the job, like what the role involves, the responsibilities, or the salary. I decided to withdraw after this, so I don't know what happened in later stages.

1st round with the immediate team, then a written assignment on designing an event proposal, 3rd round with the team's director, and finally the 4th round with the CEO.

The interview process started with an initial online round involving a panel of three people, one of whom was from HR. This round focused on understanding my professional background and experience, particularly within the urban social development sector. They also asked about how I would evaluate myself as a general manager.
