The interview process was quick and straightforward. I got a quick follow-up from the recruiter after applying. It involved a few virtual interviews: first, an HR screening, then a functional manager and the hiring manager, followed by another interview with the hiring manager. The whole thing took about 1.5 to 2 weeks.
Got to the third stage of five. After presenting my case study I was told that AG1 won’t be moving forward with my application without any further feedback, but they are grateful and would welcome me to apply for further opportunities. When I reached out to get more details about why I was rejected I was ghosted despite chasing a couple of times. Definitely not a nice experience.
The process involved three interviews. The first was with HR, and the following two were with senior members of the Supply Chain/Procurement Department. All the staff were friendly and I was excited about AG1, so the start was good. To my surprise, after the third interview, HR informed me that the job didn't actually exist due to an internal miscommunication about the role. They then suggested I keep an eye on their job boards, implying I should reapply. This was after taking time off work for the interviews due to time differences with the US. It was disheartening to find out the job wasn't real and I interviewed for nothing. This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had.
