It was a simple process since they're always hiring. You'll meet with a current employee in your position, a manager, and the CEO. They'll ask questions about your background and generally want to know if you're ok with the high demand of the job, both in hours and the psychological toll.
The process has been very transparent so far, and it seems like a fast-paced environment. Hopefully, it all works out well. Over a few days, we discussed the job's responsibilities in detail.
The hiring process has three steps. It starts with a recruiter call, followed by a Zoom interview with the director and another person. The final step is an interview with your team lead. The process is fast. After the interviews, you need to pass a background and drug test. Everyone was nice and professional. Benefits don't start until after 90 days.
