Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty standard process. They let me know the timing and what to expect next, and answered my questions. It was a good experience overall. Just make sure you're prepared and be yourself, and you should do fine.

First, I signed up for the programs and then checked in with the instructor or interviewer. They asked me a few questions about myself and what leadership meant to me. Then, they asked for some fun facts as an ice breaker to get to know each other a bit less stiffly.

It was a really easy and laid back process, with just one interview. They let me know within the next week that I got the job. After the interview, they kept me in the loop about the selection process the entire time until the interns were picked.
