Candidate-reported interview process

It was a long but successful process. It included several meetings with the manager, the team, and office leadership. Then, there were a set of exercises to check your knowledge of the subject.

The interview process was extremely drawn out and non-communicative. I was constantly being told a deadline for a decision or a notice, only to have that deadline be surpassed by weeks or months. From initial application to final interview was about 4 confusing months.

Had a phone screen, then two virtual interviews with the Finance Team (a Finance Associate and the CFO), spaced a week apart. Got a verbal offer right after the second interview, pending a background check.
