Candidate-reported interview process

The hiring process went smoothly. They clearly outlined what they were looking for and what the job would entail. It was great to meet the team and find out more about what the company does. They also gave a detailed explanation of the benefits package. I had a really good time during my interview.

I applied and got a Zoom interview pretty fast. The job description was way different from what they talked about in the interview. The interviewers were really cold and argumentative, and they questioned my experience a lot. Because of the interview and how the job posting changed, I took my name out of the running.

First you'll have a phone interview. If you get past that, you'll come in for an in-person interview with the manager or assistant director. After that, there will be a few interviews with other assistant directors, and then you'll meet with the Director of the department for your final interview.
