The interview was pretty informative. I got to know more about the job and compensation. I had two interviews, one with the recruiter and the second with HR. The initial one was more about getting to know my previous experiences and a little about the company and what or who they are looking for. The last interview dug more into the company's values and expectations.
It was an easy video interview with the manager and HR manager. We talked about the role and the hourly pay. After that there was a 3 day training and then I was on my own.
The interview process was great, informative, and welcoming. I met with a group of about 5 managers who were all very friendly. They asked questions to get to know me, shared their excitement about the company, and made sure I had the right skill level and would be a good fit for everyone.
