It was a two-round interview process. I received the offer within 2 weeks. The interview focused primarily on Python, SQL, Airflow, and Databases. The first interview was with the direct line manager, and the second was with the Head of Department.
I had two interviews, a technical one and another with the director. The technical interview focused on basic database questions, and I had to write some simple SQL queries. The director interview was mostly a formality, where they asked basic database questions like the difference between primary and unique keys.
The interview process involved a test of SQL and R expertise, along with a look at basic analytics skills in Excel. We also discussed project management skills and the ability to commit to over 9 hours on deployments.
