It seemed like a really great opportunity, but unfortunately, the employers went radio silent after the initial interview. I tried reaching out to the HR director via email, but they just kept sending me more applications to complete. After I sent the application again and still didn't hear back, I decided to just drop it.
I filled out a detailed application, then took a Wonscore assessment test and a personality test. The Wonscore assessment was tough and I only had 12 minutes to answer up to 50 questions. After that, I had 3 different interviews.
The interview was in three stages. First, there was a webinar with the Hiring Specialist. Then, another webinar with someone from the L&C team. The last part was a FaceTime interview with the Director of L&C, and after that, I had to complete a personality and skills assessment.
