Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty standard. I had an onsite interview that lasted about 20 minutes. They mainly asked some basic questions to see if I was passionate about films and understood how a film festival operates.

The interview process started with a walk-through of my CV, going through it chronologically, and then we touched on things mentioned in my cover letter. After that, the company was introduced. Finally, I got to ask questions and we had a discussion. At the end of the interview, there was a site visit.

The interview experience was enjoyable and interactive. The interviewers were very welcoming and we talked for about an hour. However, they were 20 minutes late to the interview, which was initially scheduled for 30 minutes, causing me some anxiety and making me wonder if I had been stood up.
