Candidate-reported interview process

I interviewed with the Account Director, who was great, but then I interviewed with the CEO and it was a terrible experience. He asked me racially biased questions, so I withdrew my application.

I applied via LinkedIn and they got in touch fast. I had an initial online chat with the PM and ECD, then a chill in-person meeting with the ECD. After that, they made me an offer.

The interview experience wasn't the best, possibly due to a bad connection. I spoke with Frank Ginsberg about his agency's website. I had spent days reviewing his site and noted many errors. I pointed out that he used the same picture of himself for both the leadership section and the one with Rhianna, along with many other mistakes. I really thought he'd be impressed, but apparently not.
