you will be interviewed by the Director of Technology, then interview by your direct Manager or Lead. Once you can pass the interview with the Director of Technology, them don't be afraid. You should pass the last interview
Got a LinkedIn message from a recruiter and they sent over the job description. Then we did a 30min Phone Screening. After that, I was moved to the hiring manager for a 30min Interview. Then, I met with the lead community manager for a 1hr interview.
Applied online. No cover letter needed. Had a phone screen with the internal recruiter. Then had two 30-minute video interviews: one with the director level boss and another with the VP. It was a great interview process. Felt like a conversation and I got a good feel for the company and how they lead/manage. I was surprised the interviews weren't longer, though they both ran over time. I countered the offer by 10%, but they waited until the original offer expired and then told me the next morning they couldn't accept my counter. Pay and PTO are below average for Seattle.
