It was a really good interview process overall. Everyone I met was really nice and asked relevant questions. It started with a recruiter call, followed by a call with the hiring manager. Then there was a zoom panel interview. Funnily enough, they had already filled the role after my second call, but they called me back a week later for the panel interview because another position became available. In the end, I didn't get an offer, but it was a positive experience and I'd totally recommend it.
The interview process was super straightforward and exciting! I really enjoyed it more than any other I’ve been through. The recruiting team is top-notch and genuinely cares about making sure your experience is a good one. I wouldn't say you need to rehearse your interview, just be yourself!
It started with a recruiter screen, followed by a round with the hiring manager that included Leetcode Medium SQL questions and a case study. I spent two days on the case study and felt I did well, building a solid slide deck. However, I was rejected at this stage without any feedback. This seems like a good setup for a black box interview round where they can reject candidates without giving a reason and waste their time.
