This was a pretty thorough interview process. Communication was great all the way up to the end, but then I got ghosted. The interviewers seemed well-trained and they did prioritize D&I, but it felt like a lot of work and time invested if I wasn't ultimately hired.

The interview experience was great! Even if you're scheduled for multiple interviews, they're very upfront about the process, and everyone is really polite, helpful, and enthusiastic. It starts with some phone questions to see if you're a good fit for the interviews. Then, a few Zoom interviews are scheduled depending on the position.

The interview process started with a phone screen from a recruiter, followed by a call with the hiring manager. Then I had a take-home assignment. The virtual onsite was a bit rough, though. It included a presentation and then 1:1 interviews with six different people. It was generally a good experience up until the onsite part.
