Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and they let me know the position was filled, but encouraged me to keep in touch for future roles. I know it might just be a standard reply, but I liked that they were respectful of my time. It seems like a company that cares about its people.

Honestly, the interview process at Affirm was top-notch, probably the best I've encountered. You can tell they've got it figured out. It's also a fantastic chance to connect with sharp, driven people who are all pulling in the same direction.

The whole thing took about three weeks. First, a 30 minute recruiter call. Then, later that week, a 30 minute call with the hiring manager. After that, I got an assignment from the hiring manager. The final step was four hours of zoom interviews with six people from the company.
