Candidate-reported interview process

I had a telephone interview that went well. They said they'd let me know by Monday if I was successful for the next stage. Over a week later, I emailed for an update and got nothing. Then, two weeks later, I received an automated email saying I wasn't selected. What happened to basic human interaction! Their processes are very long, and I think there are about 6 stages involved. Definitely not a company I'd want to work for now.

The interview process was well-structured. I made it far, but they ended up going with another candidate. I was appreciative of a follow-up discussion on interview feedback. Not too many companies do that.

I appreciated the in-depth interview experience and transparency of all team members. I was notified every step of the way. It is a longer interview process but worth it to ensure that you understand the culture and job role at Affirm. So excited to start! Allison was an amazing recruiter to work with and went above and beyond to keep me updated.
