The interview process was in-depth and everyone I met with was incredibly warm, which made the experience much less nerve-racking. It started with an initial meeting with a recruiter, followed by four interviews with senior team members, and concluded with a strategic prospecting presentation. This thoroughness increased my trust in the company because it's clear they take pride in building their team thoughtfully and with care.
You begin with a quick 15-minute chat with a recruiter. If that goes well, you'll have a call with the hiring manager, which includes an on-the-spot cold call. After that, there's a take-home assignment, followed by your final interview. Everyone I interacted with during the process was really kind, showing that this company truly lives its values of prioritizing people. It was an amazing experience overall!
The interview was pretty standard for sales roles. I had to draft a mock email and then we talked about its effectiveness and if I'd change anything now. I also had to do a product pitch over the phone. It was a long process overall, but everyone I met was really professional and chill.
