Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty standard process. I had to do 5 exercises, one was about financials, another about emotional intelligence, and the rest were like GMAT exams. I'd tell anyone to prep for this interview because they were definitely not easy.

It was a pretty disappointing experience. I had an initial call with HR where we talked about my background and if I seemed like a good fit. I was rejected the very next day and didn't get any feedback. From my previous experience, I know I'm well-suited for this kind of position, having spent 2 years in a similar role before. I at least expected to move on to further interviews or to at least get some feedback. Our time is just as valuable as yours.

First, a recruiter call. Then, a chat with the hiring manager about culture and behavioral fit. After that, a take-home assignment involving data analysis and a presentation. Finally, a panel presentation. All in all, it's pretty typical for companies of this size.
