So the interview process starts with a recruiter call to screen me, then there's a hiring manager screen along with a case study assessment. After that, I had a take-home task to complete. Finally, there was a panel presentation and a virtual onsite.

So I had an HR screen first, then there was a SQL test, followed by a take-home case study. The final stage was a virtual on-site where I met with about 5 or 6 different people. While most of the interviews were pretty standard, the last virtual on-site was a bit unexpected. HR had mentioned to expect mainly behavioral questions and that each interview would have a set topic, but that wasn't really the case. I got a verbal offer, but then it was rescinded for a really silly reason. Honestly, I felt pretty disrespected by the whole thing.
