Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved a phone screen with HR, followed by a phone screen with the hiring manager. Then there was a take-home assessment where you could use any scripting languages and methodologies. The final round was a Zoom-site meeting with five team members, covering both technical and behavioral topics.

So I applied for the Growth Strategy Analyst role at Affirm. The first part was a phone chat with a recruiter. They asked me stuff about my work history, my background, and why I wanted to work there.

It was a good first interview, recruiter seemed bored with little conversation. It was short due to only just question and answer. Would apply again to company morale seems good based on website and reviews
