The interview process was really great! The recruiters were available to answer any questions I had, were very informative and friendly, and helped prepare me for the final interview phase.

I applied to a few different roles at Affirm, but honestly, I haven't heard back from any of them. It feels like they're just using the job postings to get people's contact info for their marketing lists. Since I applied, I've been getting bombarded with like five to six marketing emails every day about their lending services.

This interview was very conversational, like catching up with a friend. Finally, I met with 6 employees from the organization. This final interview was well-structured but still conversational. It was about 3 hours long, so it's important to stay organized and remember your talking points. A recruiter will give you a detailed walk-through before this final interview.
