The interviews started on the phone for the first stage, then moved to zoom for the second stage. They asked a lot of questions about my experience and it was important to show I knew a lot about the company and its values.
The interview process felt disorganized. It had to be rescheduled multiple times and I never heard back after. It didn't seem very professional. They asked standard questions about service and how I think about it.
It was a painful process, six interviews over a nearly three month ordeal just to be turned down. Communication with the recruiter was tough and it was hard to get a response back. It was just a challenging experience overall.
