It was pretty straightforward, with just two interviews and then an offer on the same day. I thought it was a bit competitive for what the job description entailed, and honestly, the role turned out to be a lot more demanding than what was presented during the interviews.
Started with a quick 15-20 minute call with the recruiter to go over my background and answer any questions I had about the job. Then, I had a second interview with the hiring manager.
It was a quick and easy interview. I met with two of the managers in the department I would be working in, and they were very friendly. We sat in a room with no windows. It might have seemed like an interrogation at first, but it was fine.
