Affine Data Scientist interviews, decoded.

After my resume got shortlisted, there were 3 rounds. The first was a technical assessment, followed by two interviews. A Team Lead conducted the first interview, and the second interview was with the manager. Overall, it was a good experience, and the entire process was completed in under 15 working days.

First, they looked at resumes to see who fits the job. Then, there were three technical interviews, Technical L1, L2, and L3, with engineers to check technical skills, getting harder as you go up. Lastly, an HR Round to check soft skills and if you're a good fit.

It was a technical round with coding and theoretical questions. They asked about my project, Machine Learning, and specific algorithms like Linear regression, logistic regression, random forest, decision tree, Gradient boosting, and XGBoost in detail. Also, questions on Recall, precision, roc_curve, Auc, f1 score, mse, mae, r2, adjusted r2 score.
