Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process was smooth. It had one technical round, followed by a managerial round. The technical round was all about logical and conceptual questions directly from your resume. If your concepts are solid, you should be able to do well.
It was a 2-stage interview process. First was a telephonic round, followed by a face-to-face interview. I asked the manager about the company's work culture as per Glassdoor reviews, but they seemed uncomfortable with my question. Based on this, I wasn't selected. As a potential employee, I believe it's important to know about the company. If employers aren't open to answering such questions, they shouldn't be asking candidates for questions.
HR screening then a phone call for skills and technical aspects. The interviewer was unprofessional, acting like they were reading a script and wanting script-like answers. I was given a small case, but before I could explain my approach, they told me the answer. They didn't ask much about my resume or past experience.
