Great experience overall. The America First Credit Union interview team were very responsive and quick to schedule meetings and progress through the interview process. The interview was scheduled within one week of submitting the job application. An offer was extended within one week of interview.
I applied online and got a call from the Director of Marketing herself to set up an onsite interview. Free parking was a nice perk. The interview itself was with the Director and two other marketing folks. They were super nice. It was mostly scenario-based and personality questions, nothing too tricky. It wrapped up in under an hour and felt pretty positive. It was a bit unusual that the Director called me directly instead of HR. I liked the interview process, but I'd already accepted another offer by the time they would have gotten back to me.
It was a pretty solid interview, lasting around 15 to 20 minutes. I talked with two people from the department. They were very professional. The questions they asked were pretty detailed and designed to really make you think.
