Candidate-reported interview process
The recruiter was easy to talk to and moving through the interviews went smoothly. However, it took longer than expected to get a decision after the final interview. The teams I spoke with asked general data science questions and some about my personality.
An external recruiter reached out to me. Following that, there were two panel interviews with actuaries and my future colleagues, and then a final interview with the hiring manager.
This was a quick and great interview process. I first talked to the team, then met with the leaders. It was clear they really care about their team and what they think. But, after getting to the very last round with just a few candidates, I got an automated email saying they went with someone else. It was a bummer because I spent a lot of time on the 5-6 interviews.
