It's a really straightforward process. They'll check your basic knowledge, and if you get selected, they'll give you good training. They even provide free housing and weekly expenses while you're training in their apartments.
The interview process here isn't as long as at other companies. They're looking for candidates who are confident speakers with strong public speaking skills. They assess not just your public speaking but also your overall personality.
The interview started with a group discussion and an aptitude test. The aptitude questions covered reasoning, English, C, and Java. They were basic and quite easy. If you passed the GD, you had a good chance of getting selected. In the GD, you had to speak on any topic for 3 minutes.
