First, there was a phone screen. Then, I had an in-person interview. They asked me about my previous jobs and what shifts I was available for. They also asked about my experience with packing and the equipment I've used before. We also discussed the shift I preferred.
First, I had an online chat with HR about my background, salary expectations, and daily duties. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with supervisors. It was pretty chill. They asked typical interview questions and about my relevant job experience.
First, a Zoom interview with my future manager. Then, an in-person interview with the manager. After that, a personality test. Then, I had a ride-along with a sales rep in the region. Finally, another interview with the manager and the national sales manager.
