The interview was a good experience. They made sure I had no further questions and clearly explained all parts of the job. It was a fast and simple interview, not too long, and the bosses seem great to work for.
I went in for an interview with the plant manager. He went over the job duties and answered my questions about PTO and benefits. It was about 15-20 minutes long and I left with a clear understanding of the role.
There were 3 rounds. First, a recruiter screening, then a video interview, and finally an in person interview. I never heard anything back after the in person interview, which I find odd/unprofessional. It’s fine if they chose someone else but at least have the courtesy to say so. The staff did seem very friendly and down to earth though. It was mostly conversational with a couple of behavioral questions.
