Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty simple. They asked questions about my skills and what was on my resume. I had one HR interview and then two technical ones. We talked about how I could add value to the team and they checked my knowledge about the transmission system.

There will be about 2 or 3 rounds of interviews. First, a recruiter will chat with you to get a feel for your background. Then, you might talk to a manager to see if your personality fits. Finally, there's a group session to check your technical knowledge.

It was a smooth process. It started with a recruiter call, then I had a hiring manager interview, followed by a panel interview, and finally an offer. The interviewers were pretty chill.
