There were 4 rounds in total. I had 2 interviews with the hiring managers, 1 with HR, and a technical assessment. The whole process took over a month but it went pretty smoothly. Just be ready for it to take a while.
The interview process was pretty easy, with three rounds total. It started with a chat with the direct manager, followed by a panel interview. They asked average questions about conflict and your experience shown on your resume. There were also some example questions where you had to lay out how you solved a big problem and communicated it.
Had 4 interviews in total. Talked to HR, the hiring manager, the director of the team, and some other team members. It wasn't too hard overall. After I got the offer, AES wasn't really willing to negotiate.
