The interview process was okay, I had multiple interviews. What made this a bad experience is that, like any other airline, I expected a response from HR after going through so many interviews. I waited and then sent an email following up and never got a response. I understand that they might have a lot of work, but it's a shame that HR, representing the company, lacks empathy for candidates who dedicate time to all the interviews.
The first step was a video call with the recruiter, then I had two interviews with more HR people. The fourth step was presenting a Business Case to 5 people. They took three weeks to contact me (I wrote to follow up). They told me I wasn't selected and when I asked for feedback, they never answered me again. Terrible experience that the HR dept. has so little empathy when you dedicated your time in different meetings and prepared a case.
The interview process involved an initial HR discussion, followed by a presentation of a case study to peers, and concluded with an interview with the Hiring Manager. They were asked about educational background, work experiences, special skills, and leadership qualities. The focus was on assessing body language, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and overall attitude. The manager is also responsible for scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary and in-person interviews, following up with candidates, and ultimately making a hiring decision.
