Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I had a Zoom meeting with the district manager. We talked about my previous experience in the DME field, what the company expects, and the job's compensation.

The interview went well, and they seem eager to hire someone quickly. They're open to hiring someone without experience, which is great for training and starting a sales career.

I had a 15-minute phone interview with general questions about my work experience. Then, I had two in-person interviews, one with the VP of Sales and another with the CEO. The interview went well, and they covered the job duties, expectations, and benefits.
