I applied online and then got a call to set up an interview. The first interview was short, mainly with the manager and their director, and then the Director of HR popped in briefly. The second interview was much longer, almost a full day. I had about 4 or 5 interviews, each an hour long, with department heads from surrounding teams, plus another quick chat with the Director of HR. I got the job offer about 3 weeks later.
I felt the interview went well, but afterward, there was no communication. Nobody returned my calls or emails. I guess I'm happy I didn't get the job then...
I applied online and got a call for an interview. The first interview was mainly with the manager. Then I got called back for a second interview, which was actually five separate 1-on-1 interviews, each lasting an hour, with different department leaders/managers. I heard back and got hired about 3 weeks after that.
