The process was split into a group dynamic with HR and a case presentation with the manager. The process lasted about 2 months and was very relaxed. HR always kept us informed of the next steps and provided support.
The HR interview was quite dynamic, with personal and professional experience questions. The manager's conversation was calmer, focusing on presenting the company and detailing the job.
The interview was calm, it took a little while because it was at Sine, but there were many people interviewing so the hiring process was fast. The bad part is during the integration when they say that any mistake can lead to dismissal, and some people didn't even do the integration before starting.
