Aerie Interview Questions

I went through two interviews and was told I’d receive a follow-up either way. After being fast-tracked and given every indication I was a serious candidate, the communication suddenly stopped. Apparently, “we’ll let you know” translates to silence. It’s surprising that someone in a DM role would consider ghosting candidates acceptable leadership behavior. If this is how the hiring process is handled, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in the professionalism of the organization.

It was pretty easy and fast. They talked about myself and then explained the job. They asked me what product I liked the most. It was just one in-person round.

The whole process was really easy and everything was laid out clearly from the beginning. They kept me in the loop at each step, scheduling was a breeze, and they told me what to expect right away. It was all very smooth and didn't feel stressful at all.
