The interview process was long, but informative for both sides. I had a chat about role expectations and a preliminary field assessment with the creative manager, who seemed enthusiastic. However, I never got a response back, not even after I followed up. It felt like they gave empty statements and it was unprofessional.
the whole process was good, clear, and concise. They asked about my experience to see if I was a good fit for the job. Communication was easy, and they guided me to express myself more.
It was a pretty chill in-person interview. They asked the usual stuff like why I want the job, if I'm dependable, what I'm good at, and if I've ever taken photos or operated a drone. The biggest thing they seemed to care about was how well I could work with others and if my personality would fit into a team.
