Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a skill test where I had to create some banners. After that, I had two interviews, one with HR and another with a Graphic Designer. The skill test was to make sure my abilities matched what they were looking for in the job description.

The interview process had 3 stages: phone, skype, and then in-person. The skype and in-person interviews were with team leads who wanted me on their team. Since it was an entry-level role, the questions were more about personality and the 'why' behind my answers rather than skills.

The interview process was very long since I was applying from another country. I had several Skype interviews with 1 or 2 people and then had an in-office interview in Berlin with 6 people split into 3 groups. The skype interviews took about 1 hour each, the in-office interview was about 3 hours long. Overall, I received a very positive impression from Aeria Games and the recruiting manager was great in keeping me updated and making sure all my questions were answered.
