Did an automated video call with three questions presented by a pre-recorded video. The system was a bit glitchy, so I had to re-record my answers a few times. While I get why they do it this way, it felt pretty impersonal and isolating. It made me wonder how they'd treat me as an employee. Not sure if I'll get an offer, and honestly, probably wouldn't take it given the vibe.
So there are two rounds total: first, a technical one to check your systems and tech knowledge, and then a non-technical one for overall fit. You should also get ready to answer some specific business questions related to their operations.
Teams meeting after a few emails from the online queue. After the first email it said you have been selected, you do nothing until an actual employee reaches out. Once you make it past the automated system you are up for an interview.
