Candidate-reported interview process

I applied on their website and the recruiter emailed me back pretty quickly to set up a time for an interview. It was a 30-45 minute Zoom call where they asked about my previous experience and why I think I'd be a good fit for the role.

The interview process was pretty easy and straight forward. It was the usual kind of questions. They asked about my past jobs and what I did in them. Then we talked about the job expectations and some follow up questions about my ability to get tasks done and training.

It was a terrible experience. I had to wait for many weeks for the interview. When it finally happened, the interviewers told me everything was going well, but then there was silence for weeks. If you get an email, you're lucky. I suspect this company interviews people just to meet diversity quotas.
