Do not interview here, they will screw you over. It was a group interview with two interviewers. One of the interviewers was friends with my current employer and decided to contact him even though I didn't list him or anyone from the company as a reference. I lost my current job because of that and didn't get the new job because of it as well. Totally immoral and unethical way of handling things.
I got this interview through the City of New York Unemployment Office. The process was pretty basic, nothing too tough. It started with a typing test where I needed to hit 35 WPM, followed by a 20-minute general knowledge computer test.
The interview process wasn't really organized and it was hard to know what they were looking for. The senior management didn't give much info about the company's strategy.
