The entire hiring process took just one day. I arrived around 1 PM and left at 10 PM with the offer letter. First, I met with HR, who asked me to introduce myself and discuss my salary expectations. We also briefly chatted about the traffic in Bangalore. Overall, it went smoothly.
Totally rubbish. was made to wait for almost 5 hours on the first day. then was asked to come in the next day only to find that the HR manager didn't turn up. Then again on the following day was made to wait for 3 hours to find that the OPs manager wasn't available. Then again I was made to wait another day. This continued until i refused to come till I got the offer letter.
I went through a consultancy for the initial HR and telephonic interviews. They asked me to describe myself and talk about my native place, just keep talking. After that, they sent me to the company for an operational round with HR. I chose to do the interview in Hindi and English.
