The first round was an unscheduled phone call where I had to answer some basic questions. After that, I was invited to a group interview where I faced more in-depth behavioral questions and some basic math and typing tests.
Applying was simple. The interview process lasted about 3 hours. It started with a presentation from Aegis, followed by a group interview with 5 candidates. Then there was a typing test where they focused on accuracy, and a numeracy test where calculators were provided. For the group interview, each person got about 20 minutes to answer questions, so you had time to prep your responses. After the tests, you'd spend about 30 minutes online doing the police and credit checks. Make sure you let your referees know, as they'll be called that same day. The whole thing moves really fast.
There were several rounds. The first round was a computer-based test with basic math and computer knowledge questions like 'which is the brain of the computer?', input/output devices, etc. It also included an English passage to read on the computer screen and answer multiple-choice questions. The second round involved reading paragraphs aloud and translating them into Hindi. In the third round, two people asked about myself, my past jobs, and computer shortcut keys. The last round was a typing test.
