I had a preliminary phone interview with an HR person from out of state. It was really easy. I didn't even have a second interview with another hiring manager. The HR person basically just checks out your qualifications because they really need the help.
The interview process involved a STAR format, where I was asked to describe situations, tasks, actions, and results for each question. It was a four-person panel interview conducted over Zoom. They asked about six to seven situation-based questions relevant to the DOR role.
