The hiring process was really fast and super simple. Everyone I met was incredibly nice and paid close attention to everything, and they were all very helpful. I really liked how efficient everything was. The environment was great, and I liked how quickly I moved through the interview and orientation.
I applied for a Business Development role online. A recruiter called me, expressing interest and wanting to schedule an interview. I called back soon after and left a message for the manager who called me. My message was ignored, so I called again and left a message with the front desk, and then emailed the manager. All my attempts to reach them were ignored. This whole experience felt really unprofessional, making me question why they'd invite me for an interview only to ignore me. Interestingly, the position is still open.
The whole process from interview to getting hired took around 2 weeks. It seemed like they weren't coordinated, and they misled me about the pay. I spoke with two different people from the agency. My advice for Aegis is to not give false hope to applicants and then treat them poorly. They started off well and conducted the interviews professionally, but that changed once they got me interested.
