Aegis Project Controls Interview Questions

The interview process was good overall. They began by asking standard questions about my work experience. The interviewer mentioned a couple of times that she didn't know anything technical and then asked a lot of technical questions in the first round itself. It was a great experience overall, but I'm still waiting for the final results.

I applied for a role and completed a test, getting a great score. However, the follow-up interview process was extremely poor. It took six months to get a response, and the interview was rescheduled six times. Despite their claims of being a top firm, the communication and process were lacking, and there was no follow-up after the repeated rescheduling. I ended up finding a much better opportunity elsewhere and haven't heard from them since.

David Ramirez and I have been in touch for some months, and he was the reason I went through multiple interviews with the company. He saw potential in my skills and intangibles, as he puts it. It's been a lengthy process because the prior roles weren't a perfect match for me or Aegis. I'm really looking forward to starting at Aegis in a few weeks.
